Out of Town Patients

Welcome Out of Town Patients

We Help Patients Regain Their Quality of Life with Our Pelvic Floor Treatment Program from Anywhere in the Country.

Unlike traditional patient programs, ProTouch Physical Therapy’s Out of Town Patient Program embraces a comfortable and compassionate experience by carefully “walking” each patient through the entire healing process and by focusing on the below four goals:

  • Answering your questions
  • Putting you on the right path to recovery
  • Being your companion throughout the healing process
  • Empowering you towards a full recovery

Lead by Zarina Vitebsky, our program is structured to aide a larger population of men and women suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction regardless of location and on a personal level.

With 18 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of what causes & how to treat pelvic floor dysfunction, Zarina will begin her evaluation by closely reviewing the patient’s medical forms.

The duration & treatment of each patient plan will be unique in nature based on individual symptoms and diagnosis.

Due to the commitment that is involved in our Out of Town Patient Program, ProTouch Physical Therapy requires that all potential candidates complete at minimum, one (15 minute) remote video session (telemedicine) with Zarina.  This allows Zarina to confirm that her methods of treatment are appropriate for the patient’s care prior to beginning the program.

To register, please follow these 4 easy steps…

Step 1 – Use the following link to create an account on our telemedicine platform, Beam Health. Beam Health is a HIPAA compliant video chat that you will use when reviewing your condition and medical history with Zarina.  For international candidates, please check with Beam Health before registering to discuss platform & internet compatibility.

Step 2 – Once your Beam Health account has been created, contact our Office Manager Jessica to schedule your telemedicine appointment by calling (908) 325-6556.  Please note the pricing and duration options available for our telemedicine sessions.

Step 3 – You will receive a confirmation email from our office along with a medical history form that needs to be completed & emailed back to us no later than three days prior to your telemedicine session.

Step 4 – The day of your scheduled call with Zarina, you will receive a text message with a link to begin your call. Simply open the link and the appointment will begin. If you and Zarina determine that you are a good fit for the program we will move forward with helping you plan your future visits and travel plans.
